End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you:

• Agree to comply with this Agreement and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Acknowledge that violating these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any objectionable content or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment.
• Violent, sexual, or explicit material.
• Spam, fraudulent, or misleading content.

3. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the App. By submitting content, you affirm that:

• You own the content or have necessary rights to share it.
• Your content complies with this Agreement and applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove or block any content that violates this Agreement.

4. Content Moderation and Filtering

To ensure a safe environment, we employ content moderation measures such as:

• Automated Filtering: Offensive words, images, and videos may be automatically blocked.
• Human Moderation: Our team reviews flagged content.

5. Reporting and Blocking Abusive Users

• Reporting: Users can report objectionable content through the built-in reporting feature.
• Blocking: Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.

6. Enforcement and Action

We will review reported content within 24 hours. If content violates this Agreement:

• The offending content will be removed.
• The responsible user may be suspended or banned permanently.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any content posted by users but will take reasonable steps to address violations.

8. Amendments

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in Court.
