Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you post (e.g., photos, videos). By posting, you grant us a limited license to use, display, and share your content within the app’s ecosystem.
Our Content: All app features, UI components styled using Tailwind CSS, and backend infrastructure are owned by Memto and protected by copyright laws.

User-generated content is the sole responsibility of the user posting it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
